4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. corn meal
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. lemon juice (5 lemons)
1/2 c. milk
dash of salt
8 eggs
3 Tbps. lemon rind
Preparation

Makes three 8-inch pies.
Bake about 45 minutes.
