Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe avocados, seeded, peeled and cut up
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 or 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded
    1 or 2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In blender or food processor combine avocados, onion, peppers, garlic, lime juice and salt.
    Blend until nearly smooth.
    Transfer mixture to a bowl.
    Cover and chill for up to 24 hours.
    Makes 1 3/4 cups.
