Beef Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium size roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    sliced potatoes
    sliced carrots
    1 sliced onion
    salt to taste
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Place roast in deep baking dish. Place potatoes and carrots around it.
    Slice onion on top of roast.
    Pour mushroom soup over this.
    Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 375\u00b0.
