Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. blueberries or other fruit
Preparation

Blend egg, milk and oil.
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt and add to liquid mixture.
Stir until smooth.
Fold in blueberries (or other fruit).
Fill greased or lined muffin pan 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until light brown.
