Zucchini Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
2 c. finely shredded zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. quick cooking (not instant) oatmeal
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine sugar, oil, eggs, zucchini, flour and vanilla in large bowl.
Add salt, baking powder, baking soda and oatmeal.
Mix until well blended.
Fold in nuts and spoon into greased 15 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake 30 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting, store bought or homemade.
