Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

1 stick margarine, melted
1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients and put into 2 casseroles (better if not too thick). Cover with topping of cornflakes and margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Freezes well.
