Wild Rice And Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

1 pkg. long grain and wild rice (about 4.5 oz. size)
1 (10 oz.) can beef stock
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter 2-quart casserole.
Cook rice as directed, but use beef stock instead of water.
Thaw and warm spinach in microwave, then squeeze out water.
Mix with cream cheese until well mixed.
Saute mushrooms in butter and keep the juice.
