Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice (not Minute)
    1 can onion soup
    1 can consomme or chicken broth
    dash of Accent and pepper
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Melt butter in casserole dish.
    Add rice and toss until coated.
    Add soups and seasoning.
    Stir.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
    Stir once about 20 minutes before it's done. Serves 6 to 8.
