Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Put apples in buttered dish.
Pour water over and sprinkle cinnamon and salt over apples.
Mix flour and sugar and cut in butter, blending until crumbly.
Spread over apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about an hour.
