Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar or Longhorn cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, salt, Tabasco and vinegar.
    Squeeze moisture from spinach.
    Add spinach, eggs, celery, onion and cheese; mix well.
    Store overnight in refrigerator so flavors will marry.
    Makes eight 1/2-cup servings.
