Grandma'S Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. whole milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook sugar, flour and milk in heavy pan until 235\u00b0 (soft ball).
    Use a candy thermometer.
    Do not stir.
    Remove from heat; set pan in cold water.
    Add vanilla and butter.
    Let cool a little, then beat with a spoon until it looks like pie dough and can be kneaded.
    (Length of time depends on weather.)
    Place on plastic wrap; wrap it and knead until creamy.
    Roll into 6-inch rolls and in cinnamon.
    Store in airtight container lined with a paper towel.
