1 C. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
4 tsp. milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 C. milk
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Baked pie shell
Preparation

Cook 1 cup
brown sugar, margarine and milk until bubbly. Blend in egg yolks, cornstarch and 1 1/2 cups milk. Cook until thickened. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat 2 eggs whites until stiff, beat in 2 Tbsp. brown sugar. Spread on pie, bake 325 degrees until browned.
