Crab And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 to 8 oz.) cans crab
    6 oz. fine noodles
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Drain crab.
    Saute onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Combine with crab, drained noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, grated cheese and seasonings.
    Spoon into 6 individual buttered casseroles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until piping hot.
    Garnish with parsley.
