Cranberry Relish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. fresh cranberries
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 1/2 c. red apples, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    3 envelopes unflavored gelatin, mixed with 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine cranberries, sugar and water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in softened gelatin mixture until it is dissolved. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in apples, nuts and celery.
    Pour into 2-quart mold. Chill 12 hours or overnight.
