Jalapeno Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8-10 red potatoes
    2 small bell peppers, slivered
    1 small can of pimentos
    lemon pepper to taste
    1 stick of margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 cups milk
    1 roll garlic cheese
    1 roll jalapeno cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in the jacket in salted water until tender, but not falling apart.
    When cool enough to handle, peel, slice and layer in a buttered casserole with bell pepper, pimentos, and lemon pepper in each layer.
    Melt butter in a saucepan.
    Add flour and stir until well blended.
    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
    Melt cheese which has been cubed.
    Cook until melted. Pour over the potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
