Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, sliced
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 lb. filet flounder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 pod hot pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place sliced potatoes and onions in a baking dish.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix together tomato juice, pepper, flour and water and pour over potatoes and onions.
    Cover dish with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are almost done.
    Place fish on top of potatoes and cook 15 minutes longer or until done.
