Pecan Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    2 c. light brown sugar
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 heaping tsp. corn meal
    1 c. broken pecans
    2 frozen pie crusts, thawed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Add pecans last.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until set in center.
