Bobby'S Hot Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate over very low heat.
    Stir in sugar and pudding mix about 1 cup at a time, being sure it is blended before adding more.
    Mixture will become very thick and dry.
    Add salt and stir in milk gradually.
    Continue to cook 7 or 8 minutes to blend and dissolve sugar.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve hot or cold over ice cream or cake.
