Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped potatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 (11 oz.) pkg. pie crust mix
    Velveeta cheese spread
Preparation
    Add vegetables to water; simmer 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Blend in flour and salt.
    Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add 1/2 pound cheese, cubed.
    Stir until melted.
    Stir in vegetables and chicken.
    Spoon mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Prepare pie crust as directed on package.
    Roll dough into 7-inch circle.
    Divide into sixths. Place over chicken mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Top with cheese, sliced.
    Continue baking until melted.
