Chewy Chocolate Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine, melted
4 (1 or 2 sq.) unsweetened chocolate, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

In a large bowl, blend sugar, margarine and chocolate.
Add eggs, one at a time, until well blended.
Mix in vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add gradually to chocolate mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Cover and chill for 2 hours. Drop by teaspoonful into confectioners sugar, coating lightly. Then shape into balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet, 2-inches apart.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes or until done.
Cool on wire rack.
