Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine, softened
    8 oz. sour cream
    12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Will make a stiff dough.
    Bake in mini muffin tins sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 48 to 50 muffins.
