Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium size potatoes
    1 pimento
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1/4 lb. oleo
    1 slice fresh bread
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    milk
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins on.
    Peel and dice when they are cool.
    Dice cheese, pimento, green pepper, onion and oleo.
    Break up bread.
    Mix all ingredients except milk.
    Put into buttered casserole.
