Hot Home Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked pinto beans
    1 lb. beef pan sausage (hot)
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans crushed tomatoes
    2 large cloves garlic, peeled
    1/4 c. chopped onion, celery and green peppers
    1 bay leaf
    ground red and black pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    flour for thickening
Preparation
    Brown beef sausage and ground beef in skillet.
    Discard and drainage.
    Saute onion, celery and green pepper.
    Pour crushed tomatoes in large deep pot.
    Add meat and seasonings.
    Leave garlic cloves whole.
    Add all ingredients and simmer 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
