Orange Slice Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. Butter Buds (liquid)
3 Egg Beaters
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
3 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
20 orange slices candy

Preparation

Cream vanilla, Butter Buds, Egg Beaters, brown sugar and white sugar together.
Add flour, oats and Grape-Nuts cereal.
Cut orange slices candy into small pieces.
Fold orange slice pieces into the dough.
Chill 1 to 2 hours or longer.
Drop from teaspoons onto cookie sheet that has been sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
