Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onions, chopped
8 c. cut corn
1 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. red pepper, diced
4 c. cabbage, chopped
2 Tbsp. French's mustard
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. plain salt
4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation

Boil corn for 5 minutes.
Remove seeds from pepper and chop. Mix all ingredients with 1 cup water and simmer for 20 minutes. Bring to a boil; put in hot jars and seal.
Makes 10 pints.
