Santa Fe Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sour cream
1 can diced green chilies
1 pkg. tortilla chips
2 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack, Cheddar and Mozzarella)
1/2 c. sliced green onions
ripe olives
Preparation

Brown meat and drain fat.
Add taco seasonings, flour and broth.
Blend well.
Stir and bring to a boil to thicken.
Stir in sour cream and chilies.
In lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer chips, meat mixture, then cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Add olives and onions before serving.
