Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
1/2 stick margarine
salt to taste
1 large jar Cheez Whiz
American cheese

Preparation

Scrub the potatoes.
Grease well.
Place on cookie sheet. Place in oven.
Cook at 400\u00b0 until done.
Take out of oven and cut apart.
You need to use oven mitts as you may get burned.
Scoop out inside of potatoes.
Save shell.
Place inside of potato in mixing bowl.
Add margarine.
Salt to taste.
Add the Cheez Whiz. Stir until all ingredients are mixed together.
Will be lumpy. Add mixture to potato shells.
Place 1/4 to 1/2 piece of American cheese on each potato half.
Press into potato.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
Makes 16 potato halves.
