Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes, peeled
    1 qt. milk
    3 slices onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water.
    When soft, rub through a strainer (you should have about 2 to 2 1/2 cups).
    Scald the milk with onion.
    Remove onion and mix the milk with potatoes.
