Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches fresh cooked broccoli
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 stick margarine
    1 roll Ritz crackers
    3/4 c. melted cheese
    1 small egg
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pot and add crumbled Ritz.
    In casserole add cut-up broccoli, beaten egg, mayonnaise, soup and cheese.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until crust is brown.
