Black Bean Topper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can black beans, drained and mashed
    1/2 c. finely chopped tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. cilantro
    1 tsp. grated lime peel
    1 tsp. lime juice
    Ritz whole wheat crackers
Preparation
    Put mashed beans in a bowl; add tomatoes, cilantro, lime peel and lime juice. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours for flavors to blend. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture onto each cracker just before serving.
