Parmesan Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless fish fillets (1/2 inch thick)
    1 beaten egg white
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/3 c. coarse bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Preparation
    Wash fish.
    Pat dry.
    In a small bowl stir together egg white and
    water.
    Mix
    together
    crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Dip
    fish
    into
    egg
    white mixture, then into crumb mixture. Lightly
    grease
    large
    skillet and cook fish in hot skillet for 6 to 8 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Turn once.
    Makes 4 servings.
