Fruit Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pie filling (we use blueberry or cherry)
    1 stick real butter
    pancake mix (made thin)
    sour cream
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat pan for pancake mix on medium-low.
    Mix pancake mix rather thin, with no lumps.
    Pour 1/4 cup in pan and rotate pan to spread it out thin and evenly.
    Flip.
    Put on plate and spread 3 tablespoons pie filling in line in center of Blintz.
    Add 1 or 2 tablespoons sour cream.
    Fold over as a burrito.
    Pour 1 tablespoon melted butter over lengthwise.
    Garnish with 1 or 2 teaspoons powdered sugar.
