Cabbage Nibblers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
    1/3 c. Blue cheese
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced celery
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. finely chopped red cabbage
    finely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine butter, cheeses, salt, lemon juice, green pepper, celery, 1/4 cup nuts and cabbage.
    Shape into tiny balls.
    Roll balls in nuts.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve as cocktail nibblers.
    Makes about 40.
