Blintze Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine
    2 pkg. frozen cheese blintzes
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in 2-quart casserole.
    Place blintzes in a single layer. Blend other ingredients and pour over blintzes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
