Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh peaches or 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches (undrained)
1 stick margarine or butter
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In oven, melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch dish or pan.
Mix flour and sugar; add milk.
Using wire whip, blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into pan over margarine.
Next, pour peaches and juice over batter.
Do not mix.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes, until bubbly.
Top with vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip.
