Baked Corn With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    2 cans whole kernel corn
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook and crumble bacon.
    Cook onion in butter; blend in flour and salt.
    Add sour cream gradually, stirring to keep smooth.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add corn.
    Cook until heated thoroughly.
    Fold in half of bacon.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Garnish with parsley and remaining bacon.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes, uncovered.
