Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. oat bran
2 tsp. baking powder
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. skim milk
1/4 c. honey
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
Combine dry ingredients; add milk, egg, honey and oil.
Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill prepared muffin cups almost full.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 1 dozen.
One muffin contains 120 calories.
