Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. cream cheese
    16 oz. sour cream
    4 egg whites
    1 c. plus 1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. graham crackers
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar, then cream cheese. Add vanilla. Pour in spring-form pan that has been coated with butter and graham cracker crushed bits. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Let cool. Preheat at 475\u00b0, then place a mix of 16 ounces of cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon sugar on top. Cook 5 minutes. Cool 2 hours.
