Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. basil
    bell pepper
    carrots
    eggplant
    potatoes
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into uniform pieces.
    Mix onion soup, oil and basil.
    Pour over vegetables and mix together. Spray casserole or roasting pan with Pam.
    Put vegetables in pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until vegetables are done.
