Manhattan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cooked potatoes, diced
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Mix
    potatoes, green pepper, pimentos, onions, salt and pepper and place
    in
    a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix milk and soup together
    and pour over potato mixture.
    Top with cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
