Pork Loin Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. pork loin
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place roast in a shallow roasting pan and bake in a slow oven at 325\u00b0 until surfaces are well browned.
    Combine defrosted juice, sugar, water and mustard.
    Baste meat with this mixture.
    Allow 3 hours for roasting.
    Garnish with parsley and orange slices.
