Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut in 8 pieces, rinsed and dried
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 c. corn flake crumbs
3/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. powdered oregano
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Salt and pepper chicken pieces.
Mix other ingredients together, except olive oil.
Dip each chicken piece in olive oil, then in the bread crumb mixture.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning once.
Serve with a salad.
