Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 large onions, sliced
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook ground beef until browned in skillet. Remove meat and add onions and green pepper to skillet. Cook until tender.
    Drain fat. Stir in tomatoes, rice, salt, chili powder and black pepper. Add hamburger and mix well. Pour into casserole dish and cover. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
