Home Made Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg (well beaten)
    2 Tbsp. water
    Flour to consistency to roll
Preparation
    Combine egg, water, and salt.
    Gradually work in the flour until consistency to roll.
    Roll out on floured surface.
    Roll very thin.
    Cut into narrow strips and put into boiling broth. Cook about 10 minutes.
