Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 c. pecan bits
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and salt until fluffy.
    Stir in flour and nuts.
    Roll into balls, about 1 teaspoon of dough for each cookie. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour. Do not overbake.
    Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
    Makes 3 dozen cookies.
