Potato Peel Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 well scrubbed potatoes
    2 whole potatoes, diced
    1 carrot, grated
    1 tsp. marjoram or thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    8 c. cold water
    1 onion, diced
    1 celery stick, diced
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Generously peel the potatoes. Put the peelings in a pot along with remaining ingredients. Simmer mixture for 1 1/2 hours. Put through a blender and add 1 cup milk and 1 cup grated cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. Serve.
