Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 slices bread, buttered and cubed
    12 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Fry sausage; drain. Butter bread. Add and cut bread into cubes. Place cubes in bottom of buttered 9 x 13 casserole dish. Beat eggs. Add milk, mustard, pepper and sausage. Stir to blend. Pour over bread cubes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Let sit in refrigerator 12 hours or overnight. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Let set 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 10.
