Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 big can peaches
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil first 3 ingredients until slightly thick.
    Pour into baking dish.
    In a bowl, put 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon baking powder.
    Mix until crumb-like pie dough. Sprinkle on top of the peaches.
    Melt 1 stick butter.
    Pour over crumbled mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until brown.
    Top with ice cream or whipped cream (optional).
