Irish Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. mashed Irish potatoes
    3/4 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. whole milk
    6 or 8 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, Crisco, potatoes and salt, then milk.
    Put yeast in next, then flour and work together.
    Let rise until double in size.
