Roasted Chicken With Sausage And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts with skin and bones
    1 lb. Italian hot sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces
    6 medium large red potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. each: oregano, paprika and salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Arrange chicken, sausage and potatoes in roasting pan.
    Combine oil and seasonings in small cup.
    Pour over chicken, sausage and potatoes and toss gently to coat.
    Cover. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake until browned, 30 to 40 minutes longer.
    Serves 6.
